Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7, 1963, in Edo State in Nigeria. He grew up in a faith-filled family with loving, dedicated parents. Under the leadership of Pastor Chris, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television station to broadcast from Africa to the rest of the world, 24/7, all the time on free-to-air channels. There are LoveWorld television stations on cable and satellite networks all over the globe.
Oyakhilome Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris's home country of Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. The ministry has two healing schools, which are based in South Africa.
