Pastor, faith healer. Author. Television host.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Chris Oyakhilome is known by his followers as Pastor Chris. Chris is the founder and president of LoveWorld Incorporated. He has inspired millions of people around the world with his distinctive telling of God's Word.

Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a child of faith, raised in a loving family and supported by his parents. He is the youngest son of elder T.E Oyakhilome.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies, of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome clan. Oyakhilome family, who imparted her faith in God's grace to her son from the beginning.

The LoveWorld ministry is supported by all members of the family. His brother, Reverend Ken is the renowned pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and an active member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council, and his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), which is home to several world-class gospel artists.

Pastor Chris has two kids, Carissa Sharon und Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following the path of her father of preaching the Word of God to the world. Also known as CSO she is a gospel singer who has won awards and a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his studies at Edo College. Then he was granted a scholarship to pursue studies at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he graduated with a BSc. in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science.  Chris Oyakhilome He has an honorary degree in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was the location where he sensed God called him to be an ordained minister to the Lord.

When he was still in the university, The Man of God founded what would be one of the biggest churches in the world. He started an informal prayer group called "Youth for Christ" which would develop into the most renowned group of its kind on campus. This would also serve as the foundation for the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated which has millions of followers across the globe.

The LoveWorld ministry was established under the direction of Pastor Chris. It is a leader in satellite TV, Christian TV production and programming.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television channel to broadcast 24 hours a day from Africa through free-to-air networks.  Chris Oyakhilome Biography Today, there are LoveWorld television stations on satellite and cable networks across the world.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is an ardent philanthropist and founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation international (COFI) that is a non profit, non-governmental organization that has the goal of helping those who are most vulnerable and communities in the least developed nations and regions around the globe.

In addition to preaching the Gospel as well as preaching the Gospel, the Man of God has established NGOs with an aim of providing vital aid and hope to poor, needy and lost souls. COFI is a partnership with five other organizations that are all dedicated to raising the standard of living in the areas that are the least developed.

Under the auspices of COFI is COFI's InnerCity Mission (ICM) for children as well as the Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC), Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF), and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations strives to improve health, lives and spirits for those in dire need.

His charitable organization offers food and shelter to the most vulnerable.
